Ohbijou Face 'Bodily Sacrifice' While Filming 'Niagara' -- Video Premiere

Toronto's Ohbijou just released their dazzling new record, 'Metal Meets,' which marks a milestone for the long-running collective as it sees the indie popsters charting new sonic terrain. And to celebrate, they've come out with this stunning and ever-so-arty video for lead single 'Niagara.'

"Director Jared Raab set out to create a dream-like environment for our video," frontwoman Casey Mecija tells Spinner. "There's an atmosphere of weightlessness; band members are floating through a watery abyss."

It wasn't easy to get that "watery abyss" effect, though.

"One of the biggest surprises for us and this video was finding out how difficult it was to jump on a trampoline while getting sprayed by water," Mecija reveals. "There were definitely some instances of whiplash, but we trusted Jared's creative talents and knew it was all worth the bodily sacrifice."
