Neil Young, 'Walk With Me' -- Video Premiere

There are, however, sonic flourishes from none other than famed Grammy-winner Daniel Lanois, who produced the album. The two have known each other for years but this marks their first collaboration and the result is as unexpectedly natural -- and as awesome -- as the time Paul Simon teamed up with Brian Eno.
"It's hard to come up with a new sound at the back end of 50 years of rock 'n' roll," Lanois said in a press release. "But I think we did it."
Despite the fact that there are no drums and bass, 'Walk With Me' is, in every way, a rock song. It rages as hard as Young's material with Crazy Horse while retaining the immediacy of his folk stuff and, with each chord, the vibrations somehow shoot right through you. Sometimes it's the guitar itself that sounds that good, but this time, Young certainly has something to do with it.
