    Potent Quotables: Tori the Temptress

"I am the worst influence. If you can't handle your vices, then I am the Devil." --Tori Amos

In the latest issue of Spin magazine, the piano siren divulged her naughty (albeit civilized) side. "I carry a wine cellar [on tour]," she says. "I just don't think it's good if someone can't be around a good super Tuscan."

In other words she is saying, "I matter. Please buy my CD".

Every time I look at her she seems to be saying, "Please bang the hell out of me" and my answer is always the same: "Very well, my Dear."

"Kelly Ripa ina wig"...I just wet myself, so true. That hair looks like Conan O'Brien's shower drain.

who cares what she thinks or sings or does. her 15 minutes were up several years ago. she could get a new job as a wal-mart greeter.

She does have a strange personality, and tries hard to be cool. I think she sort of looks like Lady GaGa!

clearly you know nothing about music. this woman sells out LA & NYC venues within minutes and her tickets sell for as much as 300 bucks on craigs...pick up spin or rollingstone. read up, learn something about music, and then feel free to offer your opinions.

    Why is anyone quoting her?
Where has she been since 1990?
    And who cares?
I doubt anyone under 40 will be hanging out with her anyway, so let the vices take over.
    Weirdo.

That whole here today, gone tomorrow is what tainted America's taste in music. Just because they get older doesn't mean they can't still do it better than the CD collection all of us have.

I don't believe she'd care what any of you think. She is herself, weird and all. She and her music are beautiful. It brought me through alot of bad times. Yes, her music has changed but so has she and so have all of us. I know I have. So many small minds in this world it really is a waste.
